Acceptance of Terms

After 36 months of continuous inactivity, any remaining balance may be retained by the platform subject to applicable dormancy regulations.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.
